Yup... quiet day again at the office. Lunch hour was supposed to be a bit more 'interesting'. Was supposed to do quite a number of things with colleagues: grab a bite, get a farewell gift for a colleague who's leaving, get some fruit and visit a colleague who's in hospital. Knowing it would take a bit longer than our lunch hour, we got some time off from office lar...
So, we started the 'journey' by calling the colleague who's in hospital... We are 'scheduled' to arrive at around 2pm... and we found out that she has a check-up (and possibly x-ray) and will be discharged at 3:30pm... So now, lesser things to do... and looking forward to seeing her soon... Glad she's able to be discharged already... Hope you're feeling better, V!
Hence, we went for a bite and then bought the farewell gift... which was nicely wrapped and we 'made' a card to go with the gift... The shop didn't provide card this time... and we were too busy ogle-ing at the other stuff there till we didn't notice that we didn't get one... hehe... oh well. Well, on the bright side... more *ahem* personalized lor. A colleague has got some good quality paper, so it actually looked very nice! Take a look...
Not bad, eh? He (ya... it's a guy with nice handwriting... rare breed, hor...) can write cursive very well mah... and is a fountain pen collecter, user, etc... The cover of the card is his handiwork lor... Eh, Lim, thanks wei!
